<title>Abstract</title>We developed a novel scotoma detection system using time required for fixation to the random targets, or the” eye-guided scotoma detection method “. In order to verify the” eye-guided scotoma detection method “, we measured 78 eyes of 40 subjects, and examined the measurement results in comparison with the results of measurement by Humphrey perimetry. The results were as follows: (1) Mariotte scotomas were detected in 100% of the eyes tested; (2) The false-negative rate (the percentage of cases where a scotoma was evaluated as a non-scotoma) was less than 10%; (3) The positive point distribution in the low-sensitivity eyes was well matched. These findings suggested that the novel scotoma detection method in the current study will pave the way for the realization of mass screening to detect pathological scotoma earlier.

<sec><title>Author summary</title>Conventional perimeters, such as the Goldmann perimeter and Humphrey perimeter, require experienced examiners and space occupying. With either perimeter, subjects’ eye movements need to be strictly fixed to the fixation target of the device. Other perimeters can monitor fixation and automatically measure the visual field. With the eye-guided scotoma detection method proposed in the current study, subjects feel less burdened since they do not have to fixate on the fixation target of the device and can move their eyes freely. Subjects simply respond to visual targets on the display; then, scotomas can be automatically detected. The novel method yields highly accurate scotoma detection through an algorithm that separates scotomas from non-scotomas.

Source code changes are essential for software evolution. However, a source code change also has a risk of introducing a new bug into the software. To predict such a bug by using features of the code change, researchers have studied various bug prediction models in the past. One of the most noteworthy methods is the personalized bug prediction, which builds a prediction model customized for each developer. Although the personalized bug prediction model is a promising one, it also has a challenge that we cannot make appropriate models for less experienced developers due to the lack of code change (commit) data. Toward a resolution of the challenge, this paper proposes a method for combining two or more personalized bug prediction models. The usefulness of the proposed method is proved by an empirical study with the data from five open-source software development projects.

<p>本論文では，ソースコードの可読性向上を目的として，メソッドの名前と実装の適合性を評価するモデルの提案と，その有用性について検討するための実験及びアンケート調査を実施している．提案手法は，多数のソフトウェアのソースファイルから収集したメソッドの名前と実装の情報を用いて決定木モデルを構築し，当該モデルによって宣言済みのメソッドの名前と実装の適合性を評価する．結果として，本手法の妥当性を確認し，判別精度(F値)はおよそ 80% であった．また，提案手法が開発者の感覚にも概ね合致するという結果が得られている．</p>

<p>This paper focuses on differences in comment densities among individual programmers, and proposes to adjust the conventional code complexity metric (the cyclomatic complexity) by using the abnormality of the comment density. An empirical study with nine popular open source Java products (including 103,246 methods) shows that the proposed metric performs better than the conventional one in predicting change-prone methods; the proposed metric improves the area under the ROC curve (AUC) by about 3.4% on average.</p>

This paper focuses on the content of test cases, and categorizes test cases into clusters using the similarity between test cases; their degree of similarity is obtained through a morphological analysis. If there are two similar test cases, they would test the same or similar functionalities in similar but different conditions. Thus, when one of them is run for a regression testing, the remaining one should be run as well, in order to reduce a risk of overlooking regressions. Once a test engineer decides to run a set of test cases, the method proposed in this paper can recommend adding similar test cases to their candidate set. The proposed method also considers the priorities of recommended test cases by using the Mahalanobis-Taguchi method. This paper reports on an empirical study with an industrial software product. The results show that the proposed method is useful to prevent overlooking regressions.

Code review is an essential activity to ensure the quality of code being developed, and there have been static code checkers for aiding an effective code review. However, such tools have not been actively utilized in the world of programmers due to a lot of coding violations (warning) produced by tools and their false-positiveness. In order to analyze the automatically pointed violations and the actual attentions which programmers paid to those violations, this paper proposes a novel metric-the Index of Programmers' Attention (IPA)-and conducts an empirical study focusing on the change patterns of violations over the releases of popular seven open source software products, under two research questions (RQs): (RQ1) What kind of coding violations are related to the parts that many programmers tend to improve? and what kind of coding violations are likely to be disregarded?; (RQ2) How can we reduce the meaningless violations for programmers by omitting disregarded coding violations?
The empirical results showed the following findings: (1) important violations (having high IPA values) may vary from project to project; (2) there are some unimportant violations common to different projects, but they are a minority of automatically detected violations (about 12%). Therefore, while many violations may be made by a code checker, most of them are likely to be worthy in improving the code quality, and it is ineffective to reduce the violations by eliminating such unimportant violations.

To enhance the cost effectiveness of regression testing, this paper proposes a method for prioritizing test cases. In general, a test case can be evaluated from various different points of view, therefore whether it is worth it to re-run should be discussed using multi criteria. This paper shows that the Mahalanobis-Taguchi (MT) method is a useful way to successfully integrate different evaluations of a test case. Moreover, this paper proposes to use the 0-1 programming method together with the MT method in order to take into account not only the priority of a test case but also its cost to run. The empirical study with 300 test cases for an industrial software system shows that the combination of the MT method and the 0-1 programming method is more cost-effective than other conventional methods.

This paper focuses on the local variable names and comments that are major artifacts reflecting the programmer's preference. It conducts an empirical analysis on the usefulness of those artifacts in assessing the software quality from the perspective of change-proneness in Java methods developed in six popular open source software products. The empirical results show: (1) a method having a longer named local variable is more change-prone, and (2) the presence of comments inside the method body strengthens the suspicions to be modified after the release. The above artifacts are worthy to find methods which can survive unscathed after the release.

In recent years, many open source software (OSS) products have become popular and widely used in the information technology (IT) business. To successfully run IT business, it is important to properly understand the OSS development status. Having a proper understanding of development status is necessary to evaluate and predict the product quality. However, the OSS development status is not easy to understand, because it is often concurrently developed by many distributed contributors, and its developmental structure is complicated. To aid the understanding of the development status, there is an approach that models the trend of source code change events (evolution) with a growth curve. Although an application of growth curves seems to be a promising approach, there has been a big issue that a single growth curve is often unsuitable for modeling the whole evolution because of its complex evolutionary behavior. This paper proposes a multistage model that divides the whole development period into some stages, and applies a different growth curve to a different stage. The empirical investigation in this paper shows that the switching points of stages have meaningful associations with the release dates.

This paper proposes a cache replacement scheme named group replica caching for optical grid networks. In optical grid networks, data files for job execution are replicated at multiple servers in order to distribute loads. Clients download these files via lightpaths and store them as necessary. File downloading is blocked when the corresponding lightpath cannot be established. The blocking probability of file downloading depends on location of files. The case where a file is stored in a client is ideal because blocking of lightpath establishments does not occur. However, the storage size of the client is limited. In order to efficiently use storage resources of clients, our proposed scheme focuses on the fact that clients can download files stored in surrounding servers with low blocking probability. The proposed scheme regards a group of storages of a client and its surrounding servers as one storage. In particular, they preferentially store different files. By doing so, the probability that a file is stored at the client or its surrounding servers increases. Through simulation experiments, we show that the proposed scheme improves the blocking probability of file downloading efficiently. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

This paper proposes a contention resolution scheme considering multicast traffic in optical burst switching (OBS) networks. In OBS networks, for unicast bursts, contention can be avoided by deflection routing. However, deflection routing cannot be applied to multicast bursts because multicast bursts are transmitted along light-trees which are fixed, tree-shaped routes. Therefore, the loss probability of multicast bursts is generally high. To resolve this problem, the proposed scheme introduces an ingenious offset time assignment strategy which completely avoids contention of multicast bursts due to transmissions of unicast bursts by strategically assigning additional offset times. Furthermore, in the proposed scheme, unicast bursts avoid contention with deflection routing. Through simulation experiments, we show that the proposed scheme improves the loss probabilities of both of unicast bursts and multicast bursts.

It is very effective for search users to provide meaningful keywords which are derived by text mining algorithm. We are developing our search engine "Mondou" using weighted association rules, as the web-based intelligent database navigation system. In this paper, lye focus on the computing cost to derive appropriate keywords, we carefully determine system parameters, such as Minsup and Minconf threshold values. In order to evaluate the performance and characteristics of derived rules, we use the techniques of ROC graph. We propose the ROC analytical model of our search system, and we evaluate the performance of weighted association rules by the ROC convex hull method. Especially, we try to specify the optimal threshold values to derive effective rules from INSPEC database, which is one of the huge bibliographic databases.

開発中のソフトウェアシステムに変更が施された場合，利用可能なすべてのテストケースを再実行してデグレードの有無を確認するのが理想である．しかし，現場においてテストに投入可能な工数は限られており，テストケースの優先順位付けを行って一部のもののみを再実行するのが現実解となっている．近年，そのための支援技術の一つとして，各テストケースにおける不具合検出の期待度(優先度)と実行工数の両方を総合的に考慮し，0&ndash;1計画法によってテストケースの選択を行う手法が提案されている．0&ndash;1計画法を用いたテストケース選択は，優先度の降順にテストケースを選択するという従来手法に比べて費用対効果の高い回帰テストを実現できることが確認されている．しかしながら，これまでの手法は目的関数の値(優先度の合計値)を最大化することに注視しており，テストの網羅性については十分に考慮できていなかった．仮に特定の機能に関するテストケース群の中に優先度の高いものが多く含まれていた場合，その機能に関するテストケースのみが選択されてしまい網羅性の低い回帰テストになってしまうという状況も考えられるが，そのような状況を回避するための方策はとられていなかった．そこで本論文では，テストケースをそれらの実行履歴に基づいてクラスタへ自動分類し，&ldquo;クラスタを網羅する&rdquo;という制約条件を0&ndash;1計画モデルに盛り込むことで，より網羅的で効率的な回帰テストを実現するためのテストケース選択手法を提案している．実際に開発・保守されているシステムを対象とした評価実験では，提案手法は従来手法の約<I>1/3</I>の工数で効率的に不具合を検出できることを確認している．

本稿は静的解析ツールで検出可能なコーディング規約違反に着目し,実際のオープンソース開発においてどういった規約違反が多く検出され,その中でどういった規約違反は結果的に解消されていくのか,あるいは逆に解消されずにそのまま残っていくのかを調査している.調査としては,Java 言語で開発されている 2 種類のオープンソースソフトウェアに対して,それらのリポジトリへのコミットごとに静的解析ツール Checkstyle を適用し,Sun Java コーディング規約に対する違反情報を収集している.分析の結果,二つのソフトウェアにおいて六つの違反項目が共通して多く検出されることが分かり,それらの変化 (改善) の傾向から開発の過程でプログラマがどういった点に注意を払っていたかを考察している.

GPSにより取得されるユーザの位置情報をもとにしたロケーションアウェアサービスが広く市場に展開されているが,GPSの利用は屋外に限られ,屋内でサービスを利用することができない.GPSの利用できない環境においてユーザの位置情報を取得する技術が数多く研究されているが,中でもアドホックネットワークを利用した測位ステムに注目する.アドホックネットワークを利用することにより,低コストに測位が可能となるが,多くの場合測位精度が測距精度に依存するため,高精度な測位を行うためにはノード間の距離を正確に推定する必要がある.本研究では,サイクル形成確率を用いた測距手法と受信信号強度(RSSI)を用いた測距手法を組み合わせ,低コストかつ高精度な測距を行うことができる手法を提案する.そして,電波伝搬の性質である電波の減衰による誤差を考慮したシミュレーションによって性能を評価する.

視覚障がい者がeラーニングを活用して効率的に学習できるようにするためには,ユーザビリティの高いWebページを提供する必要がある.著者らは,Webデザインがユーザビリティに与える影響を明らかにするため,全盲者,ロービジョン者,晴眼者を被験者とし,2種類のWebデザイン(表形式リンクメニュー,縦列形式リンクメニュー)において,ターゲットリンクを探しクリックする課題の遂行時間,フォーカス遷移記録,アンケート調査結果を分析することにより,実証的にユーザビリティの評価を行い,視覚障がい者向けのeラーニングを構築する際の配慮点について考察した.その結果,全盲者では晴眼者のようなデザインによる影響を受けなかった.ロービジョン者では,観測されたデータのばらつきが大きく,一定の傾向を見出すことはできなかった.

本稿では,光バースト交換網においてマルチキャストを考慮した競合回避手法を提案する.光バースト交換網ではユニキャストバーストに対しては迂回ルーチングを用いることで競合を回避することができる.しかし,マルチキャストバーストに対しては,ライトツリーと呼ばれる木状の固定経路で送信されるため,迂回ルーチングを用いることができない.そのため,マルチキャストバーストの棄却率が非常に高くなる.この問題を解決するために,提案手法は戦略的な付加オフセットタイム割当により,ユニキャストバースト伝送によるマルチキャストバーストの棄却を完全に回避する.また提案手法では,ユニキャストバーストは迂回ルーチングを用いて競合を回避する.本稿では,計算機シミュレーション実験を用いて,提案手法がユニキャスト及びマルチキャストバーストの棄却率を効果的に削減することを示す.

光グリッドネットワークでは,負荷分散のためにデータファイルが複数のサイトに複製配置される.クライアントは並列ダウンロードを用いることでこれらの複製を高速に取得することができる.また,各複製を複数波長で伝送することで,さらに高速にダウンロードできる.しかし,それらの手法はダウンロード時間を短縮することができるが,より多くの波長資源を使用するため,ボトルネックリンクを容易に発生させ,結果としてファイルダウンロードの棄却率を増加させる.この問題を解決するために,本稿では光グリッドネットワークに適した複数波長を用いた並列ダウンロード手法を提案する.提案手法は,複製選択,経路選択,波長選択の機能を提供する.計算機シミュレーション実験により,提案手法が並列及び複数波長ダウンロードにおけるファイル転送の棄却率を効果的に下げることを示す.

本論文では,Peer-to-Peer (P2P)型の情報流通ネットワークにおいて,高い検索効率を実現する論理的接続トポロジーの構成法を提案する.P2Pネットワークにおける検索は,検索クエリのリレーにより実現されるが,大規模なネットワークではすべてのノードに検索クエリを伝達するのは困難である.そこで本研究では,各ノードが保有するコンテンツの類似性に基づいてネットワークの論理的な接続トポロジーを変更することにより,検索効率の向上を図る.保有コンテンツの種類によって各ノードは特徴空間にマッピングされ,その特徴空間において近くに存在する様々な方向のノードと接続することを目標にして,自律的に論理的な接続関係を形成する.シミュレーションにより,近くのノードと接続することだけでなく,様々な方向のノードと接続することも考慮に入れることによって検索成功率が向上することが判明した.

This paper deals with massively multiplayer online services that are used for user interaction in real time. Although it is possible to distribute the load on a server to the users' computers, the distributed services are more vulnerable to cheating such as data theft. We propose a method for concealing the data from a user who is authorized to manage the data. The method makes it possible to carry out various kinds of operations, keeping both data and program codes concealed. We show that the concealed information cannot be figured out with the knowledge of the original programs or encoding keys possessed by the other users. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

This paper deals with Massively Multiplayer Online Services, users of which communicate interactively with one another in real time. At present, this kind of services is generally provided in a Client-Server Model, in which users connect directly with a central iserver managed by a service provider. However, in this model, since a computational load and a communication load concentrate on the central server, high-performance server machines and high-speed data links are required. In this paper, we propose an architecture for distributing the loads by delegating part of the server's function to users' machines, which is based on a Peer-to-Peer Model. When we adopt a Peer-to-Peer Model, we face a security problem. In our research, we let multiple machines of users manage the same data and apply a decision by majority rule. This mechanism adds robustness against halts of users' machines and data tampering by malicious users to the service.

We propose an architecture for distributing loads by transferring part of the server's function to users' machines. We also enumerate possible attacks by malicious users, and evaluate the robustness against them. The main idea to solve security problems is "letting multiple machines manage the same data and applying a decision by majority rule." This mechanism adds robustness to the service against halts of users'machines and cheating such as data tampering by malicious users.

本稿では,リアルタイムで情報を送受信する大規模多人数参加型サービスにおいて,管理権限を委譲されたユーザが保持しているデータを隠蔽する手法を提案する.提案手法では,データだけでなくプログラムコードも隠蔽したまま,加減算,乗算,比較演算を行うことができる.また,プログラムコードの一部を正しく推測できた場合や,他ユーザと結託した場合でも,解読は困難である.

ピアツーピアネットワークにおける情報交換システムとして,Gnutella等のアプリケーションが開発されている.しかしながら,少数の属性情に対する検索であるため,精度の高い検索を行うことが難しく,また,分散型検索システムであるため,ネットワークの帯域・トポロジー変化による種々の問題が生じることが指摘されている.そこで,ピアクライアントのファイル内容やネットワーク性能等を属性として用いる検索機能提供を目標に,インデックスを構築する.そして,各クライアントの複数属性情に基づくヒューリスティックな関数を導入し,検索ホスト選択を効率的に行うトピック主導型P2P情報検索システムを提案する.また,プロトタイプシステムを用いたシミュレーションにより,提案システムが,適切な検索性能の提供を実現すること,更にネットワークトポロジー変化に対応可能な検索特性を与えることを示した.

IDS (Intrusion Detection System) is an active research topic for the purpose of cost reduction of security maintenance of computer network. However, existing IDS technologies still have some issues, including enormous log output data, and lack of analysis technologies of complicated behavior of recent intrusions. This report proposes a technique to support understanding and exploration of such behavior of intrusions, by applying an information visualization technique. The technique constructs hierarchical data according to IP addresses of computers in a target network, and visualizes the data by Heiankyo-view, which is a new technique for hierarchical data visualization. By mapping statistics of intrusions onto the visualization display, we could observe some behavior of real intrusions.

近年,P2Pネットワークを用いた情報流通機構が普及しつつある.また,検索手法もファイル名に依拠した検索から,コンテンツの内容に応じた検索へと発展している.しかしながら,P2P型分散環境における応答時間の問題や,ブロードキャスト型問合せにより生じる輻輳が引き起こすネットワーク帯域の圧迫が問題となっている.そこで,本研究では,単純なブロードキャスト式問合せ手法を用いるのではなく,情報資源の特性を反映した記述を問合せに与え,各ピアで問合せに合致する情報資源をもつピアから検索ピアヘと返送される問合せ応答の監視を行う.そして,隣接ピア経由で到達可能な複数ピアが蓄積している格納データの特性を保持することで,問合せ受信時に問合せと照合し,転送先に対するルーチングを行う.さらに,情報資源の特性を階層化し蓄積情報の簡素化と管理コストの緩和手法の提案を行う.また,シミュレーションモデルを用いて提案手法の有効性を検証する.

The study of the authoritative pages and community discovery from an enormous Web contents has attracted many researchers. One of the link-based analysis, the HITS algorithm, calculates authority scores as the eigenvector of a adjacency matrix created from the Web graph. Although it was considered impossible to compute the eigenvector of a very large scale of Web graph using previous techniques, due to this calculation requires enormous memory space. We make it possible using data compression and parallel computation.

ピアツーピアネットワーク環境下の情報交換システムとして,Gnutella等のファイル共有アプリケーションが活発に開発されている.しかしながら,分散型検索システムにおける単純なファイル検索機能しか提供されていないため,適切な検索結果を得ることが難しい.そこで,クライアント上のコンテンツ解析に基づくインデックスを生成し,ネットワーク性能等の指標を用いた評価関数を与え,分類子・抽出子を用いた分散インデックス機構を提供するトピック主導型分散検索システムを,我々は提案している.なお,本稿では,ネットワーク環境下にある情報共有システムに対して,ネットワーク帯域やトポロジーの変化が与える影響を考察する.特に,トピック主導型分散検索システムのプロトタイプ実装による評価実験結果を踏まえ,ピア型ファイル共有システムにおいて,ピアネットワークのトポロジーの変化による影響を低減する機構について議論する.

データマイニング技術を検索式改善支援に応用したサーチエンジン「問答」を構築する過程において，多くの導出ルールを列挙しただけでは検索式との関係が把握しにくいといった問題が生じた．そこで，本稿では，適切なルール選択が行えるように，ROC グラフ上に，検索式と導出ルールの関係を可視化する．また，対象データを一括先読みすることで，導出ルールと対象データとの関係も可視化する．さらに，半構造データを用いた手法の性能評価およびサーチエンジンへの実装を行う．In a process to develop our search engine system, {エsf Mondou} using data mining technology, it is difficult to show the relationship between a given query and associative keywords by the list indication. In this paper, we visualize this relationship based on ROC distance. Moreover, in order to visualize the relationship between a search result and associative keywords, we try to materialize the query process. we also evaluate the performance of our materialized query processing using semi-structured data.

The mining association algorithm is one of the most popular data mining algorithms to derive association rules at high speed from huge databases. We have been developing navigation systems for semi-structured data like as Web data and bibliographic data. To navigate beginners, our systems give the association rules derived by the algorithm. However, the algorithm tends to derive those rules that contain noises such as stopwords then many systems use noise filters to remove such noises. In order to remove the noises automatically and derive more effective rules, we proposed an algorithm using the true positive rate and the false positive rate of derived rules in a database based on the ROC analysis. In this paper, we make corrections in the parameters to improve the extended mining association algorithm. Moreover we evaluate the performance of our proposed algorithm using a experimental database and show how our proposed algorithm can derive effective association rules. We also show that our proposed algorithms can remove stopwords automatically from raw data.

文書データマイニング技術を応用して 文献情報データベースに対して 相関ルール導出アルゴリズムを適用した検索式生成支援システムの構築を行っている. しかし 相関ルール導出に用いる閾値がシステム設計者により与えられているため 必ずしも導出された相関ルールが検索式を適切に改善できるような閾値であるとは限らない. そこで 本論文では ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristics)グラフを利用して 導出される相関ルールが閾値によってどのように変化するかを表現する. それに対してROC凸包を用いることで より検索精度の高い相関ルールを導出する閾値の決定を行うことが可能となった.We have been constructing bibliographic navigators using association rules. In order to provide effective knowledge for naive users, it is very important to decide several threshold values for mining rules. In this paper, we focus on the techniques of ROC graph to evaluate the characteristics of derived rules. By using the ROC convex full method, we can estimate appropriate threshold values to derive association rules for keywords.

我々は, 相関ルール導出アルゴリズムを拡張し, 文献データベース検索支援システムへの実装を試みている. 実験システムによって, 実時間性の高い検索支援を行うには, 相関ルール導出コストの抑制が重要である. そこで, 本論文では, 検索要求に応じて導出されるルールを事前に実体化する手法について考察し, 効果的なルール導出戦略を明らかにする. まず, 文書検索支援システム性能にかかわる各種パラメータを定義し, コストモデルを提案する. また, 実験システムから得られたデータにより各種パラメータ値を決定し, 相関ルール実体化を行う文献情報検索支援システムの性能を明らかにする. なお, 性能評価によって, 非常に少ないキーワードに関する相関ルール実体化によって, 実時間性の高い検索支援システムの構築ができることがわかった.

文献データベースに格納されているデータに関する領域知識や背景知識を持つ揚合においても，一般に属性値の曖昧さのために効率良い検索は難しいことが多い．そこで，本稿では，データマイニングの分野で研究されている相関ルール導出アルゴリズムを拡張し，文献データベースの各属性の持つ属性値から検索領域に関するルールを導出する．また，属性間の関連を用いて相関ルールを求める対象空間を拡大し，導出されるルールの変化について考察する．さらに，特定領域に対して望ましい性質を持つルール集合を選択するために，複数のデータベースから相関ルールを求めてキーワード集合を選択する方法について述べる．なお，提案したアルゴリズムに基づく文献情報検索支援プロトタイプシステムを構築し，導出キーワード集合に関する性質などの評価も行う．Without background and domain knowledge,it is generally difficult for naive users to retrieve appropriate results from bibliographic databases.The one of difficulties is due to the ambiguousness of keywords in search queries.In this paper,in order to provide knowledge of keywords space,we extend the one of data mining algorithms which discovers association rules from the bibliographic database,and we modify search queries using derived rules.Moreover,we have to refine derived rules,and we try to apply our proposed algorithm to different databases and derive different rule sets in the other view of different domains.We also develop a prototype of mining system for bibliographic navigation based on full text database,and evaluate the effectiveness of our proposed algorithms.

空間データベース(spatial database)の利用において,空間データの検索を効率良く行うことは最も重要となる。しかし,データ相互の関連を求めるデータベースにおける知識発見(KDD)の視点から,多次元属性をもつ多量のデータの集合操作の必要な空間データマイニング(spatial data mining)が重要となっている。[1]そこで,文献[2]における点データのクラスタリング操作を必要とする問合せ処理の高速な実行を実現するための研究を行っている。我々は,空間インデックスの構成手法によっては,二次元平面上のデータ分布を効率良く保持する性質があることに着目し,空間インデックスを利用したクラスタリング処理を前処理として用いることを提案している.[1].以下,提案した空間インデックスを用いたクラスタリングアルゴリズムに対するクラスタリングの精度や,大量データを扱うこの種の問合せ処理におけるノイズ処理の問題を述べる.
