In this study, to describes about significance and process of creating “hazard map with agricultural information”. Recently, hazard maps are attracting attention due to it is increase natural disasters, however, it does not take into account information related to agriculture. Therefore, we tried to creating hazard map based on a new concept in case of Yura area, Gogoshima Island in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. We emphasized the famerʼs knowledge and experience in the presses. In this study, three surveys were conducted in relation to the development of the agricultural version of the hazard map at Yura area, Gogoshima Island. The purpose of the first survey was to gather information on map making. A pre-map was developed based on the results of the first survey. The second survey used the pre-map to confirm the first survey and to add new information. In the second survey, new information was added, such as the condition of the landslide farmland and place names. The first and second surveys were conducted in a workshop format. The third survey involved reviewing the “The hazard map with agricultural information version Mar. 2020”. We then discussed how to use the maps and where to store them, but this discussion was initiated voluntarily by the farmers. The creation of the map not only fosters residentsʼ awareness of future disaster prevention and mitigation, but also serves as a model for rural communities that are resilient to disasters and can be restored and reconstructed at an early stage, and the hazard maps we created will be used in the future for inheritance of knowledge and at new disasters.

<p>The purpose of this study was to clarify the current and future status of farmland consolidation for rice paddy field farms, using the case of "canyon-type hilly and mountainous areas." In the study area, small-sized paddy fields expand across long and narrow areas along mountain streams and straddle many water systems, given the expanded scale of farming. Because of the farmers' increasing burdens for water management and weeding on the ridges between paddy fields, there is a limit to the scale expansion by debt. On the other hand, if the farmers specialize in the consignment of machine operation, an operation on a scale of 20–30 ha is possible, and high income can be expected. It is desired to organize residents who can weed on the ridge and manage water by utilizing subsidies so that core farmers can specialize in machine operation.</p>

<p>This study examines the use of biomass resources in municipalities. We use a questionnaire to collect research data in Seiyo City, Ehime Prefecture. Seiyo comprises five towns annexed in 2004. Initially, a majority of the populace did not use stoves with wooden pallets. A research by Correspondence Analysis provided the following reasons: 1) lack of knowledge of stoves, 2) no need to buy a new heater, 3) young individuals who living in apartments, and 4) home architecture. Therefore, we analyzed use of biomass resources by population using the following classifications with research: 1) generation and living area, 2) knowledge of woody biomass, and 3) proximity to woody biomass.</p>

This study focuses on using biomass with local government policy especially case of an enlarged municipality that is case of Seiyo City, Ehime Prefecture. Seiyo City is the union of the five towns into one in 2004. As a result of municipality merger, Seiyo City have scape of area from seaside to mountain. It need to consider that the differences of notion by old five towns for policy. Therefore, in this paper evaluated using woody biomass policy by inhabitant in Seiyo City, the method with Pairwise Comparison. As a result of Pairwise Comparison, it was verification the differences of notion.

本研究は,佐渡市における観光産業を対象として,活性化のために必要な取組みを明らかにすることを目的とした。佐渡市では観光客誘致のために様々な取組みが行われているにもかかわらず,観光客は減少している。本研究では,このような状況を改善することを一つの目的として,佐渡市の訪問者に対して観光の活性化に対する複数の項目に対して5段階評価を行った。その結果を基にして因子分析を行い,佐渡市の観光活性化に関する潜在的特徴を明らかにした。分析の結果,6つの因子が抽出され,それぞれ「旅館・ホテル・民宿におけるサービスの質の向上」,「地域に密着した一人もしくは少人数の旅行の対応」,「地域資源等を活かした新たな観光の提案・PR」,「島内における清掃とその整備」,「環境に配慮した観光の実施」,「移動手段の値下げ」であると解釈できた。

本研究の目的は,バイオエタノール原料イネの生産に関する継続の要因を分析することである。原料イネの生産に関する問題点としては,「原料イネの価格が安い」,「補助金が少ない」の回答が多くなった。原料イネの補助金がなくなった場合に,原料イネの生産を維持するための項目に関して,重要度を評価した。その結果,原料イネの「高い価格での買い取り」が最も高い重要度を示した。また,原料イネの補助金がなくなった場合に,原料イネの生産面積を維持するために必要な価格について,CVMを摘要して評価を行った。その結果,平均値が7,931円/60kg,中央値が6,905円/60kgとなった。

近年、「食」への関心が高まっており、「食」に関する情報が数多く提供されている。そこで、一般の消費者よりも情報の制約が生じる可能性が示唆される視覚障害者には、能動的に食に関する情報を得ようとする姿勢を醸成するようなプログラムの策定や、購入時における情報の制約の軽減を目的とした具体的な援助が、教育上で重要な指針となることが考えられる。そこで、本研究では、そのようなプログラム策定や援助を考える前段階として、農業や農産物に関する意識調査を実施した。本研究で、健常者と視覚障害者の意識を比較した結果、農業・農産物に関する関心については大きな差は見られなかったが、安全性に対する意識については差が見られた。また、農業に関する情報の入手手段について、学校教育や家族が担う役割が健常者よりも大きいことが明らかとなった。

本研究の目的は、新潟県佐渡市の観光客を対象として、ビオトープ作り体験ツアーの実施に関する支払意志額の推定を行うことである。佐渡市では、トキの試験放鳥が行われた。そのために、トキの餌場を保全するために、これまで以上に生物多様性の保全を行う必要がある。この生物多様性を保全する一つの方法がビオトープの整備である。本研究では、CVMを適用して、ビオトープ作り体験ツアーの参加に関する支払意志額の推定を行った結果、一人あたり一回あたりの参加費について、平均値WTPが3,152円、中央値WTPが1,872円となった。

The purpose of this study is to estimate the biomass plant by Fujinnomiya citizens of Shizuoka Prefecture. In recent years, the society is becoming interested in biomass use. Nevertheless, inhabitant&#039;s cooperation is essential. The Methodology used in this analysis was CVM. And we have made an impact on the amount of WTP by the attribute determination. A result of CVM, evaluation of biomass use is about 933 million yen. And, inhabitants who have known biomass, methane gas and Food Valley concept were higher WTP than other inhabitants.

本研究は、高知県香南市を対象として、森林管理によって及ぼされる多面的機能に関する評価を行った。評価手法としては、AHPを適用した。香南市周辺では、森林管理が不十分になると土砂災害が発生し、その結果として物部川の濁水等のように広範囲にわたって、影響が及ぶ。本研究のAHPの推定結果は、重要度が大きい順に並べると、「土砂流出防止」が0.200であり、「森林生物の生息空間の保全」が0.155であり、「鳥獣被害の軽減」が0.128であり、「二酸化炭素の吸収・固定」が0.1884であり、「物部川の水質・水量の安定」が0.245であり、「間伐材の木質ペレット生産」が0.083となった。

本研究は、バイオマス利活用システムの中心を担うバイオマス転換プラントに関して、プラントが有する環境保全効果及び環境保全コストについて環境会計を指標としてその評価を行ったものである。また、環境効率を適用し、バイオマス利用の社会的意義について検討を行ったものである。分析の結果、本研究が評価の対象としたバイオマスプラントを利用することで、84.116t-co2の二酸化炭素削減量が可能であることが明らかとなり、これがプラントの有する環境保全効果となった。しかしながら、プラントの生成物を燃料として利用した場合、従来の化石燃料よりも高コストになることが明らかとなり、今後は、製造時におけるコスト削減が必要であることが示唆された。一方で、環境効率を指標とすると、プラントの生成物を利用した方が高い数値を示す結果となったことから、バイオマス利用における社会的意義は十分に示しているものと考えられる。

Recently, the society is becoming interested in biomass use. Nevertheless, inhabitant&#039;s cooperation is essential. This paper contains a conscious investigation for biomass and clarifies the inhabitant&#039;s knowledge about biomass. The Methodology used in this analysis was CVM and was made an evaluation of biomass use to the residents. This paper is based on questionnaires to Myoko citizens of Niigata Prefecture. According to the questionnaires results, biomass was recognized for 74% of the inhabitants. However, only 15% (of this 74%) have knowledge about biomass use. As a result of CVM, valuation of biomass use is about 153 million yen.
